  • “Course” refers to the multimedia content provided online via the Website, including exercises, assessments, and a final non-official certificate of completion.

2. Service Description

Dyxme provides online courses designed specifically for people with dyslexia. These courses include interactive digital content and issue a certificate of completion, which has no legal or academic value.

3. Technical Requirements

To access the courses, you must have:

  • A stable internet connection

  • A compatible device (PC, tablet, or smartphone)

  • An up-to-date browser

4. Purchases and Payments

Purchases are processed through the WooCommerce platform. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payments are secure and handled through WooCommerce-compatible gateways.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to the purchased course.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

For EU residents:

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national laws (such as the Italian Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days, unless:

  • You have expressly agreed to the immediate supply of the digital content, and

  • Accepted the loss of the right of withdrawal once the course begins.

During checkout, you will be asked to confirm your understanding and acceptance of this condition.

Therefore, no refunds will be issued once:

  • Access to the course has been granted, and/or

  • You have started using the course.

By confirming the purchase, you acknowledge that you have expressly requested the immediate delivery of digital content and that you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

For non-EU residents:

Withdrawal rights may not apply, depending on your country’s laws. Dyxme does not provide refunds for digital content that has been accessed or started, except in cases of technical failure attributable to the platform.

6. License of Use

Upon purchase, Dyxme grants you a personal, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use the course materials for personal and non-commercial use only.

Reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Final Certificate

After completing a course, you will receive a digital certificate of completion. This certificate has no legal or academic recognition and serves only as proof that the course was completed according to Dyxme’s internal criteria.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dyxme shall not be held responsible for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in course content

  • Interruptions in service caused by external factors

  • Misuse of the courses by the user

The content provided on the website is not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or educational advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, videos, and software, is the property of Dyxme or is used under license. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
